Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Quarter cup natural peanut butter
Quarter cup vegetable oil
Third cup honey
1 cup shredded carrots
1 egg
Extra peanut butter for frosting
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8" cake pan.
Whisk together flour and baking soda. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Pour batter into pan and bake for around 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into centre come out clean. Allow to cook, then spread additional peanut butter on top for frosting if desired.
