Important Information regarding all of our services...
Travel Costs: first 5 miles are included in the first hours consultation fee, all additional mileage is charge at 75 pence per mile. Mileage is obtained from Google Maps, by postcode. All travel costs are advised before the consultation.

Parking charge: Parking fee is obtained via paybyphone at the time of the visit and will be added should it apply to you.

Payment: A bank transfer prior to the consultation, or a payment of cash will be required at the time of the consultation.

Cancellation: Please let us know if you need to cancel 48 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations on the day of the consultation will result in a £10 fee. Missed appointments on arrival will result in a full fee being charged. Please let us know if you need to cancel 48 hours before the appointment time. Extenuating circumstances will be considered.
