Ingredients:

* 1 cup non-fat plain frozen yoghurt

* 1/2 cup canned puree pumpkin

* 1/4 cup water

What to do:

Mix together and pop in a silicone mould and freeze. Job done.

Tools Required:

Pumpkin ice cube tray.
